I am a Costume designer with a love for people, stories and textiles. I am educated at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. I design costumes for a variety of contemporay dance-, opera-, musical- and theatrical performances. In 2023 I  designed for the dance/joik performance 'The Answer is land' by Elle Sofe's Company which is currently touring internationally, and in 2022/2024 I designed for the FRIKAR Company's outdoor performance GANDR in Valdres. Furthermore, I have designed for performances such as 'DuELs', choreographed by Damien Jalet and Erna Omarsdottir at the Vigeland Museum in 2020/2022 and the 'operas Elisabetta Regina d'Inghilterra' and 'La Finta Giardiniera' directed by Jacopo Spirei, shown at Scene 2 The Norwegian Opera and Ballet in 2022/2023. I have also designed costumes for the Oscarsborg Opera, Ringsakeroperaen and Nordland Teater.

Additionally, I am Oslo based and have an MA in International Politics, a BA in History/Theatre/Art history and have four children. I have lived abroad with my family in London, New York and Dublin 1995-2007.
